The XE SV Project 8 was designed and hand-assembled by Jaguar’s Special Vehicle Operations division, using only the front doors and roof from the regular XE saloon, with the remaining panels being bespoke and largely carbon-fibre

The adjustable carbon rear wing, splitter, and rear diffuser reduce lift by 205%, and contribute to 122kg of claimed downforce at 186mph

Accompanying the car is the owner’s book pack, V5C, Project 8 specific toolkit, and two keys within a presentation box. 

First owned by JLR for around two-and-a-half years, this car was sold on to its first and only private owner in August 2021.

Production was limited to just 200 units, of which only 44  are believed to remain registered in the UK.

This exact car can be seen in the CarFection YouTube video, and in Autocar, Auto Express and Car magazine who described it as “a car that strikes the rare balance of feeling as exciting on track as it does unflappable, encouraging drivers of all abilities to extract the maximum performance”

This exact car also placed fourth in EVO magazines Car Of The Year 2019

In 2019 the Project 8 broke its own lap record on the Nürburgring Nordschleife: 7min 18.361sec, 2.9 seconds faster than its previous benchmark and 7 seconds faster than any other four-door production car has achieved.
